When we design your website, we will work with you to get an understanding of the goal for the website as well as your personal preferences (such as colors, text styles, preferred images, and layout basics).

We will then put together a mock-up of the website and review it with you. Your comments and suggestions are welcome, of course, and we will arrive at a final design which reflects our many years of experience and your personal touch.

Websites for Non-Profit Organizations and U.S. Veteran Groups

If you run a non-profit organization, or an organization which is associated with a United States Veteran group, then you will receive a 50% discount on all website design services (note, there is no discount for graphics or stock images).

Website Design Process

It all starts with a discussion between you and InnoTech. After you have reviewed the rest of the design process below, you can initiate this discussion by clicking here to contact us.

Once we have received your initial inquiry, a website designer will promptly contact you and discuss your needs. Some of the things we might discuss include the objectives for your website, the primary pages, navigation ideas, layouts, and much more. Typically, this initial conversation takes one hour. From this conversation, preliminary website layouts will be sent to you through e-mail for your review. Follow-up conversations will be discussed and scheduled.

One or more rounds of review and discussions will take place between your organization and our website designers. You will work with the same website designer throughout the entire process. When the preliminary website layouts have been finalized, we will establish a temporary website on our servers so you can access your new website directly from your computer and watch as the site matures to completion. You will be able to check on our progress at any time and offer feedback along the way.

When the website is complete, the website will be published (or copied) to the website address of your choice. If you do not have a website address yet, we can even help you with that. We can then help you with purchasing this domain name.

Website Design Pricing Information

Purchasing a website domain name will typically cost between $9 and $12 (USD) per year (if you do not already have a domain name registered). Website design will cost $55.00 (USD) for each web page within your website. Depending on the design of your website, there may be additional costs for stock images (typically, these are only a few dollars each).

After your website has been finalized and is in-use, you will want to keep it current and up-to-date. If you need updates made on your website, these updates can be made for $55.00 (USD) per hour. We even break down the billing into 30 minute increments. So if you need a couple quick changes, the cost may be as little as $27.50 (USD).

InnoTech will incorporate Google Analytics into each web page so you can track visitor activity and know which pages are being visited. All of this is provided at no-cost and you will receive a free monthly web traffic report (via e-mail) around the first of each month.
